1. Introduction

OnlyFanList respects the rights of content creators and fully complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512, as well as international intellectual property standards (WIPO).

OnlyFanList uses only publicly available information that creators themselves publish on their public profiles. We do not host, display, or distribute private, paid, leaked, or otherwise illegal content.

We review and respond promptly to all valid copyright infringement notices.

2. What May Constitute Copyright Infringement

You may submit a notice if:

• material belonging to you appears on our platform without your authorization;
• your public profile is displayed without your consent and you want it removed;
• your copyrighted work is used in a way you did not permit.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To start the DMCA process, send your request to:

Your notice must include the following:

3.1. Identification of the copyrighted work
Describe the copyrighted material you own. List all items if there are multiple works.

3.2. Location of the infringing material on OnlyFanList
Provide a direct link or clear location of the content you want removed.

3.3. Your contact information
• Full name or company name
• Postal address
• Phone number
• Email address

3.4. Required legal statements
Your notice must include the following declarations:

Good Faith Statement:
“I hereby state that I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

Accuracy & Perjury Statement:
“I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”

3.5. Signature
Include your full legal name. This acts as your electronic signature.

4. How OnlyFanList Processes DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• verify that the submission contains all legally required elements;
• review and evaluate the reported material;
• take appropriate action in accordance with §512 DMCA, which may include removing the material, restricting access to it, or requesting additional information;
• notify the requester once actions are completed.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If content has been removed by mistake or misidentification, the profile owner may submit a counter-notice.

6. Liability for False Claims

Submitting a false DMCA notice may result in:

• civil liability,
• financial damages,
• legal fees,
and other consequences under applicable law.

7. Profile Removal Requests (Non-DMCA)

Creators may also request the removal of their profile from OnlyFanList, even if no copyright infringement has occurred.

Profile removal is completed after verifying that the requester is the legitimate account owner.
